- At Go Gingham, Sara’s got a whole family of avocado toast lovers. They go for lightly toasted organic rye, a light slathering of Dijon mustard, sliced (not mashed) avocado, sliced tomato (salted) and sliced cheese (cheddar or pepper jack). Warm until the cheese is bubbly. Delicious!
- Amie at The Healthy Apple loves to sprinkle black and white sesame seeds over her avocado on gluten-free toast. Yum!
- At Eating Made Easy, Amelia’s favorite avocado toast is topped with a runny fried egg, red chili flakes and sliced tomato. “But I'll eat it in any format,” she says, “as long as the avocado layer is super thick!”
