Banana-Mango Smoothie

Bananas and mangos combine to delicious effect in this sweet and creamy drink — it just might make you think you're in Hawaii.

If you're lucky enough to have access to fresh passion fruit, add the juice and seeds from 2 or 3 of them.

Ingredients

1

ripe banana (peeled, sliced and frozen, about 1 cup)

1 cup

Earthbound Farm Frozen Organic Mango Chunks

½ cup

nonfat frozen yogurt (optional)

1 ½ cup

chilled pineapple juice

½ cup

lowfat coconut milk (unsweetened)

1 cup

crushed ice or ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the mixture is smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more juice or ice. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
