Earthbound Farm Organic Butter Lettuce Leaves (large leaves torn into pieces and small leaves left intact)
Pear (cored and thinly sliced)
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Toasted, chopped walnuts
salt (or to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
In a large salad bowl, whisk together the vinegar, garlic and mustard. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream, whisking steadily. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the lettuce, pears, Gorgonzola and walnuts, and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
