Ginger Apple Rum Fizz

Apple cider, maple syrup, ginger beer and rum combine to make the perfect drink for the autumn season. If you're looking for a new addition to your cocktail repertoire, give this one a try!

1 cup

ginger beer (chilled)

¾ cup

fresh apple cider or apple juice (chilled)

½ cup

dark rum (such as Meyer's)

2 Tbsp

maple syrup


crisp apple, such as Fuji or Gala (thinly sliced)

crushed ice


Combine the ginger beer, cider, rum, and maple syrup in a pitcher and stir gently. Place two or three apple slices in each of 4 cocktail glasses, and add crushed ice. Divide the cocktail mixture among the glasses and serve immediately.
