This smoothie is less sweet than some, making it a perfect way to start the day. If it's too tart for your taste, try adding a teaspoon of honey, or if you prefer sweet beginnings, decrease the lemon juice. Frozen fruit reduces the amount of ice required to thicken the smoothie.
|2||ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)|
|1 cup||fresh lemonade|
|Juice of 2 lemons (preferably Meyer)|
|1/2 cup||frozen vanilla yogurt|
|3/4 cup||crushed ice|
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth. Divide between 2 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
